SPECTACULAR SUMMER FAYRE – FRIDAY 8 JULY

This year's Summer Fayre on Friday 8 July from 3.30pm-6pm, promises to be a fantastic and fun end of term event for everyone. Make a note in the diary and book your tickets today!

Our wonderful magic man will have plenty of tricks up his sleeve to delight children of all ages and adults alike.  As well brilliant magic, there will be an inflatable assault course, Ktroo Bouncy Shoes, crockery smash, hair braiding, Human Wak-a-mole, and some of our traditional summer fair activities such as, coconut shy, sponge throwing, face painting, bar, cream teas and ice cream, to name a few.

The format of the Summer  Fayre this year is slightly different to previous years – so please read on for further information for the Nursery and Pre Prep and then everyone else.

Nursery and Pre-Prep:

Nightingale, Chaffinch, Kingfisher children and Pre-Prep classes will be enjoying the fayre from 2.15pm-3.15pm during the school day
***Please can parents send £6 in with their child/ren in the morning***

The £6 ticket will entitle children entry to the fayre, free access to all the stalls and activities and a stamp on their hand.  The stamp will allow parents to bring their child back after the school day has finished at no extra charge, if they so wish

If children do come back after the 3.30pm (Pre-Prep)/4pm (Nursery) collection, they will also be able to enjoy a sausage or burger from the BBQ

Parents and Prep school siblings – remember to book your tickets in advance for the early bird offer if you wish to take your Nursery or Pre-Prep child back to the fayre after school

Fundraising

This year we are hoping to raise funds for and contribute to many projects around the school. This includes some bookcases for the new library area, sound system and sprucing up and transformation of the Durlacher into a more useful performing arts space, garden furniture for the nursery and portable lightning for the sports department. Our nominated Charity of the academic year 22/23 is St Wilfrid's Hospice, Eastbourne, and we will be raising funds for them alongside our regular activities.
