BPTA Christmas Fair

Join the Festive Fun at the Boxgrove Christmas Fair!
The much-anticipated Boxgrove Christmas Fair is just around the corner. This is a fantastic opportunity for families and friends to come together, enjoy the festive atmosphere, and support our local community.
The fair promises all the beloved traditions that make it a highlight of the season, including:
🎄 Santa’s Grotto – A magical experience for the little ones.
🎄 Bottle Tombola – Will you win big this year?
🎄 Raffle Prizes – Don’t miss your chance to win some amazing goodies.
🎄 Mulled Wine and Festive Treats – Warm up with delicious seasonal refreshments.
🎄 Merry Mugs – A cheerful sweet treat for all.
We kindly ask attendees to bring plenty of cash, especially small change, as it helps everything run smoothly.
If you can spare some time, extra helpers are needed from 09:30am on the day of the fair to set up or for post-event tidying. Even an hour of your time makes a world of difference.

1:00 - 1:15 - Boxgrove Choir Y4,5,6
1:20 – 1:30 - Reception Nativity Songs
1:35 – 1:45 - Musical Theatre Y1,2,3
2:00 – 2:15 - Clandon School of Dance
3:00 – 3:30 -Boogie Pumps
Helper Elves Wanted!
Extra helpers from 9am on the day of the fair would be really helpful, please just come along and lend a hand, even if you can only spare an hour! We are also always grateful for any help after the fair packing things away and tidying up, please do lend a hand if you can, it really makes a difference.
Christmas Hamper Auction.
The 2024 Christmas Hamper Auction kicks off on Monday 18th November at 9am! Explore a wide range of hampers and bid on your favourites—there’s something for everyone this year. Don’t miss out—the auction closes on Sunday 1st December at 9pm.
