Bitterne Friends United PTA and Bitterne CE Primary School are pleased to announce the return of our Summer fair!

This will take place on Saturday 1st July, 11am - 1pm, with many stalls, activities and games with a BBQ & refreshments available for purchase.

If you are interested in sponsoring the event by holding a stall or donating a raffle prize from yourself or your company please contact us via the contact page, in the 'About Us' menu.   

We look forward to holding this event and welcoming you to join the fun.

Soft toys / NEW Raffle Prizes / Bric-a-brac: We shall collect donations between Mon 12th June - Fri 23rd June ONLY. Please do not bring anything in sooner as we wont have the storage space allocated at school.

Soft toys: Must be clean and in good condition, please don't send in heavily soiled, marked or damaged toys.

Raffle prizes: Brand new items, company offers, discounts or free access tickets

Bric-a-brac: Good condition second hand items, in working order 

Books: Good condition books, not torn or battered

Logo School Uniform: Clean, good condition unwanted school uniform WITH the School logo.

 

Chocolate bars* / Fizzy Pop & Wine: We shall hold a non-uniform day on Friday 23rd June where payment shall be chocolate bars* from KS1 and Fizzy pop/Wine from KS2. PTA members shall be present to collect donations on the morning of the non-uniform day.

*Chocolate bars must be standard bar size ˜30g, NO funsize or slab bars

 

Cakes: We request cakes are donated from Wednesday 28th June - Friday 30th June. Due to allergen requirements cakes donated MUST have an ingredients list if hand made (no qty is required). A slip to fill out can be downloaded below and shall also be sent home with the children on Friday 23rd June. If you are buying your cake, please ensure the packaging shows the ingredients and is provided with the cake. NO ALLERGEN INFO = GOES IN THE BIN.

Fundraising

We are looking to support the school many activities including: Play equipment & apparatus Furniture & decoration of areas Learning resources and materials Musical instruments

Ad-hoc donations can be made via the SHOP and yearly fund raising total shall be show here. We thank you for any donation you are able to make.
