What is PTA Events?

PTA Events is an all-in-one fundraising and event management platform for PTAs and school communities. It brings ticketing, shops, donations, prize draws, auctions and volunteer organisation together.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Starter is FREE, with a small fixed-percentage platform fee that you can pass on to families, so there is no charge to your PTA. Stripe's payment processing is charged separately. See the pricing page for current rates, VAT and optional upgrades.

Do ticket buyers need an account?

Not necessarily, but we recommend it. With an account, families can help themselves in My Account: find past orders, download their tickets again, manage subscriptions and recurring donations, see their volunteer tasks and choose their mailing lists. If you would rather not ask people to register, switch on guest checkout in your site settings and they can pay without an account.

Can we choose who covers the fees?

Yes. You can pass fees on, make them voluntary or cover them yourselves. If voluntary fees are declined, your organisation covers the applicable charges. See pricing for full details.

Is Finances available now?

Yes. Finances is completely FREE with your PTA Events site. An administrator switches it on under Settings, Basic Details, Site Options. It brings income, expenses, budgets and year-end reporting together.

Is ticket scanning included?

Qflow scanning is included with Premium or available as a paid add-on. A printable door list is another option for event check-in.
