PTA Events is an all-in-one fundraising platform with event management & ticketing, auction, prize draw, donation and volunteer management features built specifically for PTA, charity and club volunteers.
Founded in 2013 by David Cooke, PTA Events was created after David volunteered as a parent at his children’s school and saw first-hand how difficult it was for PTA volunteers to juggle events, payments and communications across multiple systems. PTA Events now supports thousands of PTAs, charities, and clubs globally with its all-in-one platform features.

The Starter plan is free. It’s best for small PTAs and first-time organisers and gives you everything you need to run fundraising events. You have a choice as to whether the platform fee (3.95%) is paid by your organisation or included in the price of a purchased ticket. The majority of our organisations pass the fees on to their community so there’s no cost to their organisation.
The Premium plan is great for active PTAs by providing advanced fundraising tools. With the Premium plan you can raise extra for your PTA through sponsored advertising spaces and a business directory on your very own PTA site. As an added bonus, you get a reduced platform fee of 1.50% and the scanning QR application is included in the annual fee. The annual cost of the Premium plan is $399.99.
Absolutely! You’re welcome to sign up for multiple PTA Events accounts for your different PTAs. Each one will receive its own dedicated PTA Events website. This ensures that everything related to each PTA is conveniently and securely organised and accessible in one place.
A prize draw is a means of raising money by selling numbered tickets, one or some of which are subsequently drawn at random, the holder or holders of such tickets winning a prize. Our online prize draw tool is a great way to boost your PTA fundraising.
